By placing an order or funding your account with FollowCube, you agree to all the terms below, whether or not you have read them. We may update these terms at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them before every order. You agree to use FollowCube only in ways that comply with the Terms of Service of Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and any other platform you order for.
Prices may change at any time without notice; the payment and refund policy remains in effect regardless of any rate change. FollowCube does not guarantee a delivery time or drop rate — times shown are our best estimate only, and orders already processing will not be refunded for being slow. Services ordered without a refill period are not refillable, even at 100% drop — choose a refill service if that matters. To fulfil an order, we may substitute an equivalent service where necessary.
Abusive or malicious activity may lead to suspension; where possible you'll be given time to spend your remaining balance first, and opening a new account after suspension may terminate it even if it holds a balance. FollowCube is not liable for any account suspension, content removal, or other action taken by a platform.
FollowCube is used only to boost the appearance of your social media profiles. We guarantee delivery of the followers, likes, or views you pay for, but do not guarantee they will interact with you, nor that every account will have a complete picture, bio, or posts — though we strive for quality on every order.
You may not submit links to content containing nudity, hate speech, or any material unsuitable for the relevant platform's guidelines. Orders on private accounts are not refundable — make sure your account is public before ordering.
Important: unless a service states otherwise, the followers, likes, and views provided are artificial and are not real individuals or genuine interactions, and must not be presented as organic.
Funds added to your account are non-refundable. Once a deposit is completed it cannot be reversed, and your balance can only be used to place orders on FollowCube — it cannot be withdrawn or returned to your payment method for any reason.
By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us under any circumstances. If a chargeback or dispute is filed after a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all pending and future orders, ban your account, and remove any followers, likes, or services already delivered to your (or your client's) accounts.
If an order needs to be refunded or cancelled after it is placed — for example, if it is non-deliverable — the amount is returned as credit to your FollowCube balance. Orders on private, incorrect, or misidentified accounts do not qualify for a refund — confirm every detail before ordering. Running more than one service on the same link at once makes accurate delivery impossible, and such orders will not be refunded. Any fraudulent activity, including unauthorised or stolen payment methods, results in immediate account termination with no exceptions.
We respect your privacy. By using FollowCube or placing an order, you agree to this policy, which explains what information we collect and how we handle it. We may update it at any time, and the current version always applies.
To operate your account, process payments, and fulfil orders, we may collect your username, email address, contact details (such as Telegram or WhatsApp, if you provide them), the public links you submit, payment information (handled by our payment processors), and browsing data via cookies. We never need or store your social media account password.
Your information is used only to run your account, complete and track orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and keep accurate financial and operational records. We may share limited data with trusted third parties — such as payment processors and service providers — strictly as needed to deliver our services.
We use industry-standard measures, including SSL encryption for payment data, and limit access to your information to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot be liable for security failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
